House linked to Amy Johnson fails to sell
The seaside home of the family of Hull-born pioneering pilot Amy Johnson failed to meet its reserve price when it went under the hammer.
The large late Victorian semi-detached home in Cardigan Avenue, Bridlington, has views of the sea and a nearby golf course. It was being sold by Dee Atkinson & Harrison and was estimated to fetch between 175,000 and 200,000.
