The former Melbourne Storm star was seen making a gesture to the home fans after he was sin-binned in the second period.

Blair has been referred to tomorrow night’s tribunal on a Grade D charge which could lead to a suspension of up to five games - a significant blow as they prepare to fight for Super League survival in the Qualifiers.

He was also given a Grade A ‘disputes decision’ following his yellow card but received no suspension for that offence.

Team-mate Will Oakes was handed a one-game penalty notice for a trip in the same game.

Meanwhile, Leeds Rhinos’ Jordan Thompson has been given a two-match penalty notice for a Grade C dangerous contact during his debut in the loss against Salford Red Devils.

Joining Blair at the tribunal will be Catalans Dragons’ Greg Bird and Wigan Warriors’ Taulima Tautai who have both been charged with Grade D dangerous contact.
