“Anyone found guilty of a firearms offence can expect a lengthy sentence from the Courts and I would urge members of the local community to help in identifying anyone involved. The local Neighbourhood Policing Team will be in the area around Wheater Road providing patrols to reassure local residents and speak to them about any concerns.”

Any witnesses to the crime should phone Bradford South CID on 0845 6060606.
