Hunt underway for wanted trio

Two of the men are due to be recalled to prison and the third has

failed to attend a court hearing.

Now officers are appealing for public assistance to trace their whereabouts.

The first man is Sam Mason, 21, who is wanted for recall to prison for breach of licence conditions. Mason is 5ft 10in with black hair and is believed to currently be in the Acomb area of the city.

The second man is Lee Michael Thompson, 28, who is wanted for recall to prison for breach of licence conditions and for failing to attend York Magistrates' Court in March for theft offences.

Thompson is 5ft 8in with a medium build, brown hair and a stud piercing through his eyebrow. Officers say he is also believed to be in the York area.

Adam Thackway, aged 22, is wanted for failing to attend York Magistrates' Court in relation to alleged driving offences. Thackway is 6ft with a medium build and dark brown hair and is believed to be in the Tang Hall area of the city.
