iBeatles on way

The Beatles are going to be available online via iTunes after a deal between Apple and record label EMI. Each of the band's 13 remastered studio albums will be on Apple's music retail site, where single songs will cost 99p and albums £10.99.

Sir Paul McCartney, above, said: "It's fantastic to see the songs we originally released on vinyl receive as much love in the digital world as they did the first time around."

Ringo Starr said: "I am particularly glad to no longer be asked when the Beatles are coming to iTunes. At last, if you want it, you can get it now."
