Illuminating experience

Magical illuminations, projections and soundscapes transformed the historic splendour of Chatsworth House as part of the inaugural Luminaire Festival.

Two Derbyshire-based companies have also been involved in bringing Luminaire to life.

Déda Producing has created 
the outdoor event in partnership with Illuminos who have designed the projection and lighting 
effects.

Luminaire will be the first time the house and garden have both been displayed in this way for more than 150 years.

In 1843 the garden was illuminated for the visit of Queen Victoria and Prince Albert.
