Are wise investors born or made?

They are born with an appetite which is fed and sustained through experience.

What’s the worst investment you’ve ever made?

Injecting funding into a professional consultancy.

What lessons did you learn from your worst investment?

Know when to stop investing and let go. Misplaced emotional attachment to an investment is dangerous, it clouds otherwise sound judgment and can stop you doing what is required at the right time.

What was the best piece of investment advice you’ve received?
