Coun Susan Hinchcliffe, the council’s executive member responsible for culture said: “The Urban Congress happening in Bradford is something to celebrate and the Urban Festival fits perfectly, profiling the very best of contemporary urban culture and offering something exciting for people of all ages.”

The Urban Festival has been organised as part of the Academy of Urbanism’s 8th Annual Congress, which explores how towns and cities reshape themselves in changing economic circumstances.
