In a statement, the youngster’s family paid tribute to him and thanked people for their support in the wake of his death.

They said: “There are no words to express the grief and sorrow we are feeling for our sad loss. We as a family have been overwhelmed by all the messages of support we have received from friends and people who knew Harry.

“Harry was a typical 11 year old, who loved fast cars and motorbikes and had a wicked sense of humour.

“He may have been small in stature but he had a huge personality which seems to have made a big impression on everybody whose lives he touched.”
