It was one of the stars of the Leeds nightclub scene in the early nineties and noughties before a fire engulfed the building.

A fire engulfed the Majestic Nightclub Building on 30th Sept 2014
The roof partially collapsed but the grade-II listed building was saved by firefighters. A man was charged but found not guilty of arson.
The Majestic was empty for years before property company Rushbond revealed plans to turn the venue into offices in 2016. Now speculation is growing that Channel 4 will move into the building...
