A man has been arrested by police searching for a missing Hull teenager.
Courtney Robinson, 14, was found in Scunthorpe by officers who had been carrying out a massive search for her.
She was last seen leaving the Campanile Hotel in Hull city centre on Tuesday.
But fears grew after she stopped using social media accounts and calls to her mobile phone went unanswered.
Chief Superintendent Christine Wilson said: “After painstaking enquiries, Courtney has now been found at an address in Scunthorpe.
“She is now safe and being looked after by officers. Her family are aware and are delighted that she is safe.
“As part of our enquiries, forced entries were carried out at a number of premises.
“We have made arrests during the course of our search, including a man who was arrested last night in Scunthorpe. Those enquiries are ongoing.
“Eighty officers were deployed to help find Courtney. I am really proud of their dedication and I am also delighted that we have been able to locate Courtney and able to reunite her with her family.”
