Man arrested overstab victim's death
Detectives in South Yorkshire investigating the murder of a 29-year-old man, who died from multiple stab wounds on Tuesday, have arrested a man from the Sheffield Lane Top area.
The victim, named last night as Damian John Taff, was found injured in Swanbourne Road, Sheffield Lane Top, at 4am and died later in hospital. Anyone with information is urged to call 0114 2202020 or Crimestoppers, anonymously, on 0800 555111.
