Man dies three months after road accident

A motorist has died after he was seriously injured in a road crash more than three months ago.

Janusz Roman Tomczak, 48, who lived in Ingleton but is thought to have originated in Poland, died at the Royal Lancaster Infirmary after the crash on October 2.

His Peugeot 205 was in collision with a Vauxhall Astra on the A65, near Ingleton. The driver of the Astra, and his passenger, both in their 70s, needed hospital treatment.
