Man drags girl into ginnel
A TEENAGE girl has been attacked and dragged into a ginnel as she walked home from school.
Detectives are appealing for information after the 15-year-old girl was attacked at 4.15pm in Castleford on Thursday. She was followed by a man along Wilson Street, Saville Road and Moss Street before the man dragged her into a ginnel just off Pottery Street where he attempted to assault her. It is thought he was disturbed by a passer-by and ran off.
She was taken to hospital and is now recovering at home. Anyone with information can call police on 101.
