Man held on suspicion of murdering baby bailed
A 22-year-old man was released on bail last night after being arrested on suspicion of murdering a one-month-old baby girl.
Roxie-Jo Hopkins-Roach, from Plymstock, Plymouth, died from a head injury on September 24 after being admitted to the city’s Derriford Hospital the previous evening.
A Devon and Cornwall Police spokesman said: “At this time we remain open-minded as to what caused the death of this young baby.”
