Man hunted after indecent assault in Leeds

The woman was walking in the Dock Street area at around 3.20am on Saturday when the man approached her from behind and subjected her to the assault.

Police have released CCTV images of the attacker and are appealing for anyone who may have seen the man in the Dock Street and Boar Lane areas at the time to come forward with any information.

West Yorkshire Police said the man made off on to Waterloo Street and Meadow Lane following the assault. He is believed to have been in the Boar Lane area before the attack.

The attacker was described as white, with a shaved head and was wearing a black jacket with white marking on the front of the left shoulder and on the rear right shoulder area, and jeans with faded patches.

He is believed to have removed the jacket after the incident and was wearing a black top.
