Man remandedover assault death
A Wakefield man appeared before magistrates in Sheffield yesterday charged with the manslaughter of 31-year old Nathan Bagley, who died last week after being assaulted outside a nightclub.
The 27-year-old entered no plea and was remanded in custody until his first appearance at Sheffield Crown Court next month.
Mr Bagley died of head injuries after the incident outside DQ nightclub, Sheffield, on October 17.
