A father thought to have stabbed his three children to death died from multiple injuries, police said.

On Wednesday, it was revealed his children, Sam, 12, Becka, aged eight and seven-year-old Charlie had died from stab wounds.

A knife was recovered from the scene at Poles Coppice on Pontesbury Hill, near Shrewsbury.

West Mercia Police recovered a knife from the scene and had already said it was looking into whether Mr Fuller killed the children before taking his own life.

The force described the deaths as a “tragic family situation” and are not looking for anyone else.
