Manslaughter charge over road death of woman, 91
A MAN has been charged with manslaughter in connection with the death of a woman aged 91 who was knocked down and killed in a road accident in Beeston, Leeds.
Tian Bin Xue, 37, was arrested in Blackburn, Lancashire, on Friday by officers from West Yorkshire Police's Homicide and Major Enquiry Team and brought back to West Yorkshire for questioning in connection with the death of Olive Stephens on July 17, 2006.
