Mother's boy
A newborn baby elephant appears to be enjoying the spring sunshine as he frolicks with his mother.
The four-day-old Asian elephant calf is yet to be named but staff at Whipsnade Zoo in Bedfordshire have nicknamed him 'Crooked' because of a bend in his tail. He is the first offspring of mother Karishma, 12.
