Motorcylist dies at the scene of a crash near Humber Bridge
A motorcyclist died at the scene yesterday after his bike left the road and hit a tree in East Yorkshire.
Humberside Police say the family of the 38 year old rider have been told and are being supported by specially trained family liaison officers.
He was riding the Red Honda Fireblade CBR 900 motorcycle on Caistor Road, 800 metres from the junction of Burnham Road at Barton Upon Humber at 1.15pm yesterday when it left the road and collided with a tree causing fatal injuries.
Anyone who witnessed the collision or the driving of the motorcycle before it is asked to call Humberside Police on 101 quoting log 381 of 06/07/17.
