Khagendra Thapa Magar is within reach of becoming the world's shortest man.
The 22in high 17-year-old – who is no bigger than the record-breaking 24in biceps of Tiny Iron, 28 – is two weeks away from his 18th birthday when he will be the smallest adult male.
