The biggest North Bar in the entire mini-empire of Leeds’ leading craft beer bar is launching to the public on Friday, February 19 with a special industry-only party there on Thursday, February 18.North Bar in Harrogate, which is located on Cheltenham Parade across from Cardoman Black restaurant, aims to continue to champion the North Bar group’s love of high-quality drinks, with a large range of spirits and wines, plus 12 different taps featuring beer from the bar’s own brewery, North Brewing Co, and a constantly-changing line-up of beers showcasing the best that Yorkshire, the country, and internationally.Co-director John Gyngell said “We’re so excited to be getting involved in the thriving independent scene in Harrogate, and are keen to collaborate with active independents and foster relationships locally.”

Thursday's event is by invitation only.From Friday, the bar will be open to the public from 8am, focusing on hot drinks and cafe offerings during the day, with locally-sourced charcuterie, cheeses and pastries.Rated highly by the Observer, among others, North Bar’s new venture offer their bespoke coffee blends.The new bar features a sunny outdoor area, and a 50-capacity upstairs room will be available to hire for private functions and parties, and will also be used to host cinema nights and events screenings.
