New base for rural force improves police links
THE latest in a wave of new police stations to improve links with North Yorkshire’s rural communities has opened.
The base has been unveiled in Helmsley and North Yorkshire Police is planning to open another six stations in the county.
The force has linked up with the North York Moors National Park Authority to provide the new facility at The Old Vicarage in Bondgate.
