Pure Retirement is the first company to move into new offices at Thorpe Park Leeds which were built as part of the site’s £162m phase two development.
The company has taken a 10-year lease on the top two floors - 12,575 sq ft - of Paradigm.
The building was developed by Scarborough International Properties, which is headed up by chairman Kevin McCabe (right) and Legal & General, where Gordon Aitchison (left) is director of investment and development.
Since 2013, Pure Retirement has quadrupled its turnover to £21m and now employs a 91 staff. Chief executive Paul Carter, said: “Pure Retirement continues to enjoy major growth targeting a quarter of the UK market share in 2019 with £1bn in lending.”
