Colin Philpott, director of the National Media Museum in Bradford, said “We are delighted to be expanding the Bradford International Film Festival beyond the walls of the museum. This is just the first of many ways in which the people of Bradford and beyond will see the benefits of Bradford’s status as the world’s first Unesco City of Film.”

The museum will remain the hub of the festival, where its facilities make it possible to present films in every format from 16mm, 35mm and 70mm to 3-strip Cinerama and Imax 3D.
