Next North Korea leader confirmed
A top North Korean official confirmed that Kim Jong Il's youngest son will succeed him as the country's next leader.
In the first public confirmation of the succession plan, Yang Hyong Sop, referred to Kim Jong Un as “the young general” during an exclusive interview with Associated Press. He said the people were honoured to serve him as their leader – the third generation of his family to lead the nation of 24 million.
