Oliver restaurant on menu for Yorkshire
TV chef Jamie Oliver is to open a restaurant in Leeds.
The new branch of Jamie’s Italian, in Park Row, is due to start trading shortly. A spokeswoman for the chef said: “Leeds is scheduled to open in April.”
Oliver had previously considered making Leeds a location for his Fifteen restaurant but the plans were shelved because of the economic slump.
The Fifteen Foundation charity trains disadvantaged young people to become chefs.
