Debenture hostess Florence King, 20, cools down as the hot weather continued on day five of Wimbledon yesterday.
Tomorrow is expected to be the hottest day of the year so far, with temperatures topping 30C (86F). That beats the previous hottest day on May 24, when the mercury reached 28.8C (84F) at Heathrow Airport.
Today will be slightly cooler at 26C (79F), with London and the South East seeing the sunniest spells. In Yorkshire the forecast for today is sunny spells with the odd shower and temperatures reaching 24C (75F). Tomorrow there will again be a few showers but temperatures will hit 25C (77F).
