This would be a measure that would boost local communities as well as pubs, for as CAMRA points out, there are many traditional locals fighting for survival, and their loss is very much to be regretted.
Pubs are at the heart of communities, as hubs and meeting places, where friendships are formed and people get to know each other.

Cutting duty would not cost the Government a fortune, and there will be many MPs who rally to CAMRA’s call. It would be a small change that makes a big difference.
