Internet imbalance

IT'S not just the economic fallout from the North-South divide that needs to be addressed. There is also a growing disconnect between urban and rural areas over internet access.

It is why public bodies need to acknowledge this internet imbalance. In short, they need to keep their procedures straight-forward rather than bamboozling the public with technology and blaming others when things go wrong.
