Settle down for a new chapter in Dales bookshop – The Yorkshire Post says

THE story of Tanya Carter is an example of how a Dales independent bookshop can still enjoy a successful new chapter in Yorkshire.

Even though she only opened Limestone Books in the heart of Settle months before the first lockdown, word quickly spread about her enthusiasm.

And, even though the actual shop has had to close during the current restrictions, she made the enterprising decision to deliver books free of charge by hand to local customers in order to deter them from using a certain online book service in the interim.

The strategy appears to be paying off – books have offered great comfort and solace to many in the past year – and her exciting 
plans for the future are certainly not a work of fiction.
