Art show that is between ears

REGARDING your report (Yorkshire Post, May 19) concerning an art gallery asking for £8 to view invisible works of art, would it not make economic sense for anyone considering a visit to this “exhibition” if they stayed at home and contemplated the empty space between their ears?

It’s not April 1 though, is it?

All I can say is that if anyone is fool enough to pay £8 for the privilege of viewing nothing at all then they justly deserve to be ripped off. Talk about the Emperor’s new clothes eh?

New misery for Joe Bloggs

for years people have been banging on about the nanny state – in some cases warranted. With clampers and loan sharks reined in, who found a loophole to put loan sharks back and rename themselves as the cheery “pay day loan” saviours? What sort of nanny state allows these people to flourish?

Nanny! Where are you when we need you? This cancerous trade needs to be outlawed forthwith; it is a new misery for Joe Bloggs.

Moral decay in Europe

The National Institute for Clinical Excellence (who pays their salary?) advocates artificial childbirth for 42-year-old divorced parents of the same sex.

The Roman Empire ended in complete moral decay and a new dark age was upon western Europe.

The historical similarities are very stark today.
