A place that doesn’t exist

I WAS very disappointed to see the headline “Housing shortfall in Yorkshire and Humber” (The Yorkshire Post, October 15). Is there a plan to build houses in the River Humber, then? Twice recently you have reported the “death” of Humberside as a place – and we are all grateful for that. Please can you use proper geographical descriptions, e.g. Yorkshire and North Lincolnshire?
