THANK you for the election map (The Yorkshire Post, April 29). Every area is clearly worded; where is this “Humber” area to which you often refer?

Two other words cause me confusion; Muslim and Islamist. Christianity has one descriptive word – Christian – for its adherents. What is the difference between Muslim and Islamist?

ONE wonders which university West Yorkshire crime commissioner Mark Burns-Williamson graduated from? “Acquisition crimes” (The Yorkshire Post, April 25) would probably be called “thieving” by an old-fashioned copper. A term that we can all relate too.
