A shared philosophy

sir Max Hastings (The Yorkshire Post, March 15) says that Bob Crow held that “public services exist to serve the interests of their members, not those of the public”. Replace members with shareholders and the same philosophy is espoused in the boardrooms of energy companies etc. Are they also “pernicious”?

I HAVE just seen the picture of Jude Palmer in the Harrogate supplement (The Yorkshire Post Magazine, March 15). Please tell Jude to take the lens cap off the camera or she will be very disappointed with the resulting images! Good luck to Jude.
