Time to face the music

NOW that Dalton Philips has left Morrisons, will the music which is played rather too loudly be of a different quality and softer?

The local store in Bridlington sounds like a fairground and is rather distracting when trying to concentrate on the shopping in hand.

Incidentally, in a quote on the business pages (The Yorkshire Post, January 14), new chairman Andy Higginson stated: “We need more customers coming through the doors.” I wonder how many O-levels he got?
