As one who has voted, in Scotland for the Unionist Party and, latterly here in England for the Conservative Party, all my life, I feel this old geezer needs to heed not the whipper-snappers and posh boys now in charge but some older heads.

The Tory Party needs the likes of Dorries and David Davis, each brought up through hard times. They speak sense, should be noticed and should play a major role in Government.
Debacle of police vote
From: Jeffrey Stirke, Newton-le-Willows, Bedale.

Level crossing gates should go down much earlier. The frustration at having to wait when nothing is happening only encourages people to take their lives in their hands by going over the tracks when the lights are against them.
It’s the same with traffic lights when the pedestrian is given second class status compared to the driver.
