Opposition MP gets sack in Allah row
Malaysia's opposition has sacked an outspoken MP who broke ranks with his party in a religious dispute over the use of the word Allah by non-Muslims.
The multi-ethnic People’s Justice Party announced it was kicking out Zulkifli Noordin, who recently filed a police complaint against a colleague for stating that non-Muslims could use the word Allah as a translation for “God”.
