Order, order... Baroness listed as one of magazine's 'ladies of today'
A list of distinguished women compiled to mark 125 years of the venerable women's magazine The Lady has brought together an eclectic group of "ladies of today".
Dewsbury-born former Speaker of the House of Commons, Baroness Betty Boothroyd is listed beside York-born actress Dame Judi Dench, Carry On star and EastEnders matriarch Barbara Windsor, the controversial artist Tracey Emin, dance guru Arlene Phillips and the Queen.
