Painting by Nazi Hess up for auction

A painting by Nazi Rudolf Hess is to go under the hammer, along with a collection of one man's Second World War memorabilia.

The landscape was given as a keepsake to Roland Davis who guarded the infamous figure after the Second World War.

It is part of a collection of memorabilia from Mr Davis’ time in the war which is being sold by his son Peter Davis, from Lincolnshire.
