Pedestrian, 82, hurt in road accident
An 82-year-old woman was taken to hospital yesterday after she was hit by a car in Brighouse.
The pedestrian suffered minor injuries in the accident, in Bradford Road at 1.20pm.
The road was closed between the junctions with Bonegate Road and Smithy Carr Lane following the incident.
