'Persistent' burglar sent to jail
Leeds Crown Court heard that in almost every case that along with other property the raiders also took car keys from inside the houses involved before stealing the vehicles parked outside.
Christopher Tehrani, prosecuting, described Mohammed Amin as "a middle man" who acted as a conduit between the actual burglars and those selling the stolen vehicles.

Amin, 29 of Watmough Street, Great Horton, Bradford admitted conspiracy to burgle.
Jailing him Judge Geoffrey Marson QC said Amin was a "crucial lynch pin" in the conspiracy.
"You knew burglaries were taking place, you did not enter properties yourself but by your actions you encouraged others and aided them to reap the rewards of their crimes."

Steffan Grogan, 19 of Leeds Road, Shipley, was sentenced to two years after also admitting conspiracy to burgle and a concurrent sentence of 876 days for a separate house burglary in Apperley Bridge, near Bradford.
Mr Tehrani said Grogan was one of the intruders involved in burgling a couple of the properties targeted while the occupants were asleep upstairs.
Judge Marson said: "The trauma for the families involved, including children, cannot be overstated."
