Officers are describing the death only as “unexplained” and have appealed for information from anyone who saw or heard anything in the vicinity of the graveyard on Tuesday night.

Officers were called by the ambulance service, who had been alerted by a member of the public. The area surrounding the point where the body was found was cordoned off as police launched an investigation.
