Police appeal: Missing man's disappearance "out of character"

Police have turned to the public for help in their search for a 36-year-old man who has not been seen since Thursday.

Angus Maclachan, of Prescott Avenue, Brough, was reported missing on Saturday.

A Humberside Police spokesman said: "His family and friends are concerned as it is out of character for him not to be in touch with them and officers are urging him to call them to confirm he is safe and well."
