Police in North Yorkshire say they are becoming worried for the welfare of a man who has not been seen since Sunday.
47-year-old Michael Webster was last seen at his home in Great Broughton near Stokesley, by his family on Sunday evening.
Alongside conducting extensive enquiries and searches in the local area, police are continuing to appeal to anyone who may have seen Michael or who have any information which could assist the investigation to contact them on 101.
Michael has been known to visit Sunderland in the past.
Sgt Simon Wilson from Northallerton Safer Neighbourhood Team said: “We are becoming increasingly concerned for Michael’s safety, as he has now been missing from home for five days. Michael, if you see or hear this appeal, please contact the police or your family and let them know you are safe.”
“He asked anyone who believes they may have seen him on Sunday evening or since to contact 101, select option 1 and ask to speak to the Force Control Room. Quote reference 12170140088.
