Police concerned over missing Scarborough man

POLICE in North Yorkshire say they are very concerned about a Scarborough man who has been missing from his home since yesterday morning (Saturday).

Officers are urging the public to look out for Gary Sheffield, 51, who was last seen at 8.30am yesterday at his home in Chatsworth Gardens.

Mr Sheffield is described as 6ft tall, bald, clean shaven, of slim build, and with blue eyes.

He is driving a black Audi A3, and may visit the Cleveland area.

A spokesperson for North Yorkshire Police said: “Officers are conducting extensive searches to locate Gary, and are appealing to anyone who sees someone matching his description to get in touch.”
