Police issue appeal after shops and cars are damaged in Scarborough

Police are appealing for information after shops and cars had their windows damaged in Scarborough.

A spokesman for North Yorkshire Police said the incidents happened in the Newlands Park Drive area at about 5am yesterday.

Anyone with information is asked to ring the North Yorkshire force on 101 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555111.
