Police name man killed during collision in Bradford

Police investigating a fatal collision in Bradford have named the man killed.

Kevin Kilminster, 42, was knocked down at the junction of Spencer Road and St Wilfrid's Crescent on Tuesday evening.

He was treated for a head injury by paramedics but died at the scene a short time later.

Police had been called by the ambulance crew just after 8.30pm after the man was struck by a red Toyota Yaris.

A spokesman said: "The driver, a 19-year-old man, was spoken to by officers and arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving. 

"He was later released on bail pending further enquiries."
