Police name schoolgirl after unexplained death
A 16-year-old girl whose death remains unexplained was named by North Yorkshire Police yesterday. Camilla Irvine, 16, from Newton-le-Willows, near Bedale, was certified dead in Friarage Hospital, Northallerton, on Saturday.
The Richmond School student had been found unresponsive at an address in Scorton, near Richmond. An inquest was opened and adjourned yesterday.
